a. Pecten epipharyngis; b. Antenna - note long, narrow basal segment;
c. Premandible - note teeth about equal length with inner tooth about twice as wide;
d. Mentum - note c2 teeth relatively well separated from c1, 4th laterals not reduced;
e. Mandible - note 3rd inner tooth separated and darkened.
