Note darkening of at least posterior 2/3, much wider than the mentum and higher at the edges.

a. Pecten epipharyngis with about 15 broad teeth; b. Oesophageal aperture c. Antenna with relatively long basal segment; d. Premandible showing the broad inner and outer teeth;
e. Mentum with worn teeth, but showing 4th laterals reduced almost to level of 5th laterals (type II); f. Ventromentum with about 40 striae; g. Mandible of type IIB.
