a. Pecten epipharyngis - note sharp even teeth; b. Antenna; c. Mentum - note 4th laterals not reduced (type I), c1 tooth tall and narrow, and c2 teeth separate from c1 (type III);
d. Mandible - note 3rd inner tooth is separated and darkened (type IIIB).
