a. Pecten epipharyngis - note some irregular teeth;  b. Antenna, with basal segment about twice as long as other segments (i.e. AR about 2);
c. Mentum - note 4th lateral slightly reduced (type I - II), c1 tooth square-sided, and c2 teeth separate (type IV);
d. Ventromentum with about 40 striae;  e. Mandible - note 3rd inner tooth is pale but fully separated (type II-IIIB).
